This beautiful Christmas collectable is individually hand painted using quality paints. He is signed by the artist and has a Wattlebee tag. The body, arms and wings are crafted from fabric, painted, sanded, aged and sealed with a matt varnish for a rich patina and a lovely smooth feel.Wire is used for antenna and for attaching the gift,  the gift is constructed from timber and  painted, stiffened fabric. The arms have been attached with buttons. This Christmas beetle has been weighted with a small amount of clean, dry sand, so that he will stand for display. He is approximitly 10 inches tall, from base to top of antenna. This dear little Christmas beetle will be carefully boxed for delivery.
